At FoxeFareStkt, we are committed to ensuring that every booking and transaction made through our platform is processed securely, efficiently, and transparently. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we deliver travel services (including flight bookings) to customers after a booking is completed.

1. Order Processing and Confirmation

Once you complete a booking on our website, our system starts processing your order immediately. You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming we have received your request. After verification and successful payment authorization, an electronic ticket (e-ticket) or booking confirmation will be emailed to the address provided during booking. Delivery time can range from a few minutes to several hours depending on airline response time.

If additional verification is required (for example, for payment or identity checks), our support team may contact you before final ticket issuance.

2. Delivery of Travel Documents

All tickets and booking confirmations are delivered electronically to the email address used at booking. We do not send physical tickets unless you specifically request them. Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays or delivery issues.

3. Booking Verification

Before payment is processed, each booking is verified for accuracy — including passenger names, travel dates, and destination. Tickets are issued according to airline rules and seat availability. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm details before submission.

4. Service Fulfillment Timeline
  • Domestic Flights: Typically processed and fulfilled within 1–3 hours after successful payment.
  • International Flights: Typically processed and fulfilled within 3–6 hours, depending on airline systems and verification requirements.
  • Urgent / Same-Day Departures: These are prioritized by our team; we will communicate status updates and work to expedite fulfillment where possible.
5. Cancellations or Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify a booking, contact our support team immediately. All changes are subject to airline fare rules and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. After a booking is confirmed and fulfilled, additional airline or service fees may apply for modifications.

6. Failed Transactions or Non-Fulfillment

In rare instances where a booking cannot be completed due to payment failure, airline unavailability, or technical issues:

  • The customer will be notified promptly.
  • If payment was captured, a full refund will be processed according to our refund procedures.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative travel option at no extra charge (subject to availability and airline consent).
7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must review all booking details carefully before completing payment. Incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names or wrong travel dates) may lead to additional fees and delays as per airline policy. Please provide accurate contact information to ensure timely delivery of travel documents.
