  • Find a Lower Price: If, within 24 hours of your confirmed booking, you find a cheaper publicly available fare for the exact same itinerary (same airline, flight number, travel dates, and passenger type) on another U.S.-based booking site, let us know.
  • Submit a Claim: Email us at support@foxefarestkt.com with:
    • Your FoxeFareStkt booking reference number
    • A screenshot or link showing the lower fare
    • The total fare amount (including taxes and fees)
Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Promise:

  • The competing offer must be for the exact same itinerary (airline, flight number, travel dates, cabin class, passenger type).
  • Price comparison must include all taxes, fees, and surcharges.
  • The fare must be publicly available online and bookable at the time of verification.
  • The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of booking with FoxeFareStkt.
  • The lower price must be shown in U.S. Dollars (USD) and available to the general public.
Exclusions

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

  • Prices on membership-only or loyalty program websites (e.g., members-only fares).
  • Fares from auction sites, bulk-purchase deals, or private negotiated rates.
  • Special promotional offers not available to the general public.
  • Corporate, group, or negotiated fares.
  • Errors, misprints, or incorrectly displayed fares on third-party websites.
How Refunds Are Processed
  • If your claim is approved, we will either adjust the fare before ticket issuance or refund the difference to your original payment method if the ticket has already been issued.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
