At FoxeFareStkt, we understand travel plans can change even after tickets are issued. To continue providing 24/7 assistance, technology access, and professional support, certain post-ticket service fees apply. These fees are separate from and in addition to any airline, government, or supplier-imposed charges.

1. Agent-Assisted Post-Ticket Support (Within 24 Hours)

These fees apply to refund or withdrawal requests manually processed by an agent within 24 hours of ticket issuance. Agent-assisted requests help ensure correct processing and faster resolution when immediate intervention is required.

2. Air Cancellation & Refund / Future Credit Assistance

If you need to cancel your trip or request that your booking be converted into airline-issued travel credit, post-ticket service fees apply in addition to any airline penalties and fare rules.

Notes:

  • Refunds are processed based on the airline’s policies and the ticket type (refundable or non-refundable).
  • Future credits are issued per the airline’s rules and must be used within the airline’s validity period.
  • FoxeFareStkt’s post-ticket service fees are non-refundable.
3. Change or Exchange Requests

For flight changes or ticket exchanges, the applicable post-ticket service fee is charged in addition to any fare difference or airline change fee. All exchanges must comply with the fare rules of the original ticket and are subject to airline approval and seat availability.

4. Special Post-Ticket Services

Special-case service fees may apply for services such as:

  • Bereavement or traumatic-loss assistance
  • Medical emergencies
  • Name corrections (minor spelling changes)
  • Route or itinerary revalidation
  • Ticket validity extension
  • Visa-related complications (e.g., UNMR / Schengen issues)
5. Compassion Exception Policy (CEP)

We value empathy. Under our Compassion Exception Policy, customers facing extraordinary circumstances may be eligible for partial fee waivers or discounts. Examples include bereavement, serious illness, active/retired military service, or disability-related situations. Each request is reviewed case-by-case and supporting documentation may be required.

  • All post-ticket service requests are subject to airline approval and fare rules.
  • FoxeFareStkt’s service fees are non-refundable once a service request has been processed.
  • Fees are exclusive of airline, airport, and government taxes and surcharges.
  • Prices and policy terms may change without prior notice due to regulatory or airline updates.
  • The final fee charged will be confirmed by our agent before processing your request.
